1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all SmartDock subscriptions and lifetime licenses purchased through Paddle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Email us at feedback@hshstech.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase
  • Include the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve our products)
  • We will process your refund request within 2 business days

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • A refund confirmation email will be sent from Paddle to your purchase email address

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your SmartDock subscription at any time by:

  • Using the subscription management page within the SmartDock app
  • Contacting our support team at feedback@hshstech.com for assistance

4.2 After Cancellation

After cancelling your subscription:

  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier when the billing period ends
  • Your Dock configurations and data will be preserved

5. Paddle Purchases

All SmartDock purchases are processed through Paddle.com. Paddle is our authorized reseller and handles all payment and refund processing. Purchases from Paddle will appear on your statement as "PADDLE* HSHS TECH" or similar. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
